Personal Biography

Kaitlyn Clougherty is a Pittsburgh-based stage manager and trained classical vocalist of 15 years, currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of Arts at the University of Pittsburgh, double majoring in music performance (voice) and technical theatre. She has stage managed a variety of events around the city, including plays, musicals, dance, and opera. Ms. Clougherty serves as Soprano 1 section leader for the University Treble Choral Ensemble, where she has sung for the past three years. She also performs with groups around the city, including Belle Voci, Solo Voci, Voces Solis Summer Singers, the Hamlisch-Page Choir, and the 6-voice Voces Lux, the latter two with the Pittsburgh Symphony. Kaitlyn sings in the choir at Trinity Cathedral in downtown Pittsburgh, and also serves as a cantor for weddings, funerals, and traditional Mass with Resurrection Parish in the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh.
